Usage

This template produces the accolades described at essay: Administrators without tools, substituting the content as shown in the example below. This template should only be substituted, never transcluded! This template will add user talk pages to Category:Administrators without tools.

Using template

Past usage of this template has produced positive results. To use the template now, follow the steps outlined below:
