The barnstar used. Either needs to be Brownie, Invisible Barnstar, Working Man's Barnstar, Tireless Contributor Barnstar, or Articles for Creation Barnstar. This also autofills the name of the barnstar

Team
"yes" makes the AFC logo turn into the team barnstar, and adds a note about re-reviewing. Leave blank if they didn't re-review
Current limitations
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd place rewards do not work – use User:Mdann52/AFCBED old instead
